Whether you’re thinking about competing for the first time or have competed many times before, I find the below key points are the usual problems.

 

1. No confidence in setting up an effective Pre-Contest Diet & Training Plan.

2. Afraid you won’t be lean enough on show day.

3. Worried about loosing hard earned muscle mass.

4. No clear plan of action on what do do after the show.

 

So if you let me coach you through the process I will do all the worrying for you, all you have to do is execute the program and turn up ready on show day!

 

 

How My Service Works

Contest preparation is a long and detailed process that requires knowledge, experience, and dedication. I am an experienced competitive natural bodybuilder and fitness model with unique skill sets and contest preparation expertise. 

   

I will assist you in bringing your best to competition, and all I require is your commitment, your dedication, desire and discipline.

Throughout your journey you will have access to a valuable support on a daily basis.

 

  • Once you contact HB Nutrition and we take you on you will complete an initial application to obtain the necessary information regarding your current training, diet, cardio, supplementation programs and pictures of your physique. The form also informs us as to when you plan to compete, and allows us to devise a time table for your journey to the stage or platform. It is essential you give as much detail as possible to aid us in creating an efficient customized program.   • We will answer any questions you have and go over the steps needed to join the HB Nutrition team.

  • Once you join the team, we will provide an evolving customized nutrition plan devised to ensure you get on stage in the best condition possible, or step on the platform in your ideal weight class. It covers such variables as: overall calories, macronutrients, micronutrient density, fluid needs, nutrient timing, etc. 

  • An individualized cardiovascular training program that will complement your nutrition and training plan to help you shed body fat and get you ripped for your show OR to help you make your weight class for your meet.  

  • Science-based supplement recommendations to support health, performance, aid in fat loss and support muscle growth during your contest preparation.

  • Posing coaching for bodybuilding competitors that includes coaching via video, pictures, written adjustments and Skype consultations when needed.

  • Exercise form coaching via video, in which we analyze your form and critique it to enhance performance and prevent injury.

  • A customized peaking program tailored to your body so that you are at your best come competition day, with additional contact available during your final week when making weight and performing your best or looking your best is critical.
