You even have an app for your smart phone to work whilst away from me anywhere in the world enabling us to communicate throughout! I believe you are worth more than an hour or a monthly subscription, I am with you from the start to the end.

My approach is holistic and focuses on physical, dietary, postural and mental well being and I offer commitment programmes because I am serious about your results. Strength is not just about muscle. Discipline, overcoming barriers and perseverance require you to be strong in your body and your mind.

I first cottoned on to HB Nutrition when I saw a few public posts on facebook and decided to sign up to the daily emails. At the time I was in full throws of bodybuilding competitions and wanted to learn all new aspects of healthy ways to continue bodybuilding post comp without suffering the dreaded "re-bound" a lot of people experience.
After a month of receiving the emails, I researched Helder that little bit more and really was excited of the prospect of working with him. It turned out I didn't want to wait until after my last competition and sent him an email wanting to discuss my final comp peak week strategy. We had a Skype consultation which lasted an hour where we discussed my goals post comp and looked into a peak week strategy together. Every morning Helder asked me for photos and weight and adjusted my macros for the day in order to come in hard, lean and striated. I placed first with an invite to the British natural bodybuilding finals in where I placed 4th place!
Helder is an immense support throughout any fitness journey. His priority is the health of his clients, mine to say the least was not in optimal position when we started, I had poor kidney and liver function, my oestrogen levels were non existent, my body fat levels were sub 10%, I was cold, lethargic and generally in a bad way health wise when we first started working together. I also had a serious unhealthy relationship with food and anything that wasn't classed as a "clean food" was a definite no go!! Helder advised me to get some bloods taken and determine what we can do about it. My diet was adjusted to be more "flexible" which started to include lots more good fats and carbohydrates, and a personal training plan was also put together to hit the major areas that needed the most attention. I am over the moon to say that my most recent bloods have come back saying my kidney function and liver function has improved by 20% and I am eating so much more food in general including little treats every now and again, flexible dieting is definitely the way forward and I'm even enjoying a cookie when I want one without jeopardising my end goals. Our plan now is to carry on working together in order to compete in the Physique category next year. I cannot recommend Helder enough, his attitude towards health, nutrition and perfect training plans is unbeatable, my training plans change week by week to incorporate different lifts and strategies to continuously keep the body guessing, and I always feel like I have done a major workout! The plans fit in with my life so I'm never sacrificing any family time, work schedules or anything else, if you really want to change your life with a sustainable approach to fitness and nutrition then HB Nutrition is definitely a highly recommended man. He will be with you every step of the way whether it be a general lifestyle change or a full comp prep. I've never been happier with my health, physique and above all....more food!

Just wanted to write a little review of my journey so far with HB. Everyone has doubts regarding actually paying for a service like HB nutrition, we all think we know best what's best for us, the truth is we have no idea on how our body works because we haven't spent the time and money studying this and actually being qualified. 

 

I was running my body down to the ground feeling like shit and not knowing what to do until I seen Helders advert. I did still think "ah it's not worth the money". I messaged Helder and straight the way was FUMING after hearing what I was doing in terms of eating, training and cardio. He said I was doing more harm to my body than good. He explained we had to rebuild my body and this process wasn't going to happen over night. If your like me IMPATIENT you start to think " I haven't got time for this" but gave it go. After the first month of Helder monitoring me every week I started to feel completely different. I was eating soooo much more foods I enjoy to eat, granted I was putting on a few pounds on here and there but we both expected this as we was rebuilding my body. It wasn't just my nutrition that was changing though, my training had been the same for MONTHS and he explained that I was doing it all wrong! Along came different training programmes every 4-6 weeks to shock the body and I started to see differences in my physique. There was always phone calls asking me how I felt that day. Always there on the end of the phone if I had any questions whatsoever. This is where I started to put my trust in him. 

 

Once we had rebuilt my body and my nutrition was bang on! I said to Helder I'm going ibiza in July and want to look RIPPED. This is where my doubts started to come in thinking to myself "I will never get my physique looking the way I want it to look by doing it all natural" how wrong was I! 

 

Helder asked me the exact dates I was going on holiday and worked out a plan on how we was going to get me looking ripped. He explained the middle of May is when we was going to start. Now I though straight the way "here we go again! Meaning lots of cardio and no more food" 

 

Wrong again. Helder makes sure whatever we do, we do it the HEALTHY way. Cardio was introduced but for 20 minutes and macros stayed the same. Weeks went on making very little changes such as dropping 10g carbs one week and introducing another 10 mins cardio. Again I start to think " this is not doing anything, how can little changes like this be making any difference" until people started saying ur looking leaner etc.... 

 

I was amazed, fat was coming off me but I was still eating so much food. By this time my trust in Helder had grown ALOT. 

 

Ibiza was a few weeks away, by this time EVERYONE is complementing me saying how lean and ripped I look. Into the last 3 weeks we increased the cardio by another 10 minutes but nutrition stayed the same!!! I still couldn't believe it. Fat was just dropping off me, my metabolism was on FIRE!!! But I was still on 200g of carbs a day which for me is a lot especially when cutting! 

 

By this time, I realised This guy has got me where I wanted to be without risking my health or anything, I still felt on top of the world with so much energy. 

 

I don't question ANYTHING he tells me to do now. He has got 110% of my trust and this is just the beginning!!! 

 

People say they haven't got the £50 a month, but would spend more money a day on bad diets. All I will say is put ur trust in HB and he will show u results ONLY if you put in 100% aswell. 

 

He's there whenever you have any questions, different training programmes, weekly updates monitoring your weight and physique and he's not just someone you pay money to! The guy is one of the most down to earth genuine guys if met! DEFINITELY worth the money!
