HB Nutrition Cinnamon Bites

Ingredients:

24g Almonds 22g Pistachios 23g Cashews 21g Macadamia

10g Flaked Almonds 40g Honey 10g Butter 1 Egg

2 Sheets Filo Pastry

1 Roll of Light Puff Pastry

1 Tea Spoon Cinnamon

How to make:

Preheat the oven to 200C, lay out your puff pastry, drizzle over the honey, sprinkle over cinnamon.

Grind all the Nuts appart from the flaked almonds, you can use a grinder or food processor or just chop finely by hand. Then sprinkle over the honey and cinnamon.

Next roll up the puff pastry lenght ways and divide into 10 equal parts.

Melt butter and brush over your cake tin, then lay the filo pastry loosely over the cake tin. (cup cake tin).

Very carefully push down the filo pastry into each compartment, then add each roll of the puff pastry.

Sprinkle over flaked almonds and brush with the egg (whisk egg in a separate bowl first).

Finnaly sprinkle over cinnamon and place tray in the oven for 25 minutes until crisp and gorgeous.
