HB Nutrition Spaghetti Bolognese

Ingredients:

60g Organic brown rice spaghetti (i use gluten free) 150g organic passata 100g lean organic mince beef Half a white onion peeled and finely chopped 1 carrot peeled and roughly chopped 3 garlic cloves peeled and roughly chopped 2g coconut oil. Salt Pepper Mixed herbs Parsley (optional)

How to make:

In the week, we all have busy lives and want to get our cooking done as soon as possible, so to get off to a quick start, boil the kettle and pop a pot on medium heat with your oil in. If you have a food processor, use this to chop up your carrots onion and garlic and add to the pan. Then weigh out your spaghetti and pop over the heat and pour over your boiled water and cook according to the packet instructions. Once the veggies have softened, add your mince beef and cook till brown, you then can add in your passata, season with salt pepper and mixed herbs and cook through to perfection. To serve, add a few parsley leaves over your finished dish and dig in.
