Adrenal Fatigue.

Today I want to talk to you about a subject which I see a lot but unfortunately
people do not really realise how important it is!
I see a lot of people with Adrenal fatigue and they do not know they even have it!!
So if you are feeling any of the below, this could be you:
1. Find it hard to get up in the morning
2. Feel tired through out the day
3. Dealing with to much stress
4. Craving salty and fatty foods
5. Weak immune system (Regular colds & Flu's)
6. Dark circles under your eyes
7. Joint Pain
8. Loss of muscle tone
9 Low sex drive
10. Weight Gain
These are 10 of the most common symptoms but don't panic as some of these symptoms
could be related to other stuff which is nothing to worry about!

2. Get at least 8 hours sleep every night
3. Stop drinking coffee or any caffeinated beverages
4. Stop drinking alcohol
5. Stop eating junk food
6. Start meditating
7. Try not to stress if at all possible
8. Increase Vegetables and fruit in your diet
9. Increase Nuts and seeds in your diet
10. Eat plenty of oily fish
