What does your diet look like???

One of the questions I get the most is what do you eat??? To be honest it’s actually a very frustrating thing for me, because when I tell people what I eat they never believe me anyway!

They think my diet consists of chicken, white fish broccoli and rice!!! Not even I can stick to that, Hell no!!!!!!

Anyway I digress, the reason for this article has come about because on a weekly basis I get prospect clients come to me and they are just following a diet they seen someone on Facebook doing, or they read in a fitness magazine what someone is doing, etc, etc…..

They made the decision to come to see me because they are clearly not getting the results they expected from that said diet, so why does it work for the person in the magazine and not for them???

BECAUSE WE ARE ALL INDIVIDUALS #SIMPLE

As a coach I work with every client individual needs, no generic plans around here!!!

Lets look at a few things I would look at if someone came to see me.

  1. What does their current plan look like

  2. How do they respond to certain foods

  3. How does their job affect the way they eat

  4. Is there a lot of social gatherings

  5. How often do they train

  6. What type of training do they do

  7. Are they Vegetarian

  8. Do they have religion beliefs

  9. Do they have any intolerances/allergies

  10. How consistent have they been in the past

  11. Have they been able to stick to any plan in the past

  12. Do they or have they had any eating disorders

  13. Do they have any medical conditions

These are just a few things I would consider when putting a plan together for a client, so as you can see from the above its not just as simple as copying someone else’s plan.

I would love to tell you now the perfect plan to help you lose fat, gain muscle and be as strong as an OX but unfortunately I can’t, if I could I would be a millionaire J

I hope you this gives you an idea of how much goes into putting a plan together for a client.
