When do you know you hungry???
Well let me tell you 50% of the time this is physiological and the other 50% its mental.
What do I mean by that, physiological is basically when your hormones are asking you
for food and mental is when you think you hungry because its 12pm and its time for lunch.
We must be able to differentiate between the both.
There a few other things you must consider, if today you have a Chinese takeaway you will
more than likely feel hungry after 1 to 1 hour hours and this is due to the high carb meal and
the consequence of that is a rapid blood sugar drop which will signal hormones to create hunger!!
But lets say you had a piece of Salmon with some brown rice and broccoli you probably not going to feel hungry for at least 3 to 4 hours due to the fact the rice is more slow releasing and with the fats from the Salmon this becomes even more slow!!
They are both physiological reactions but with a different outcome due to the food you eat!
So hunger depends massively on what you are eating.
Realise why you hungry and make the adjustments needed depending on your goals.
If you want to take the thinking out of it get in touch and I can put a plan together for you that will leave you feeling energetic and less hungry all day.
